The Amended and Restated Bylaws changes have been approved by the Board of Directors (BOD), and our Association Attorney to be voted on by the Owners.


ARTICLE XIII of the current Bylaws states...
AMENDMENTS
Section 1:  These Bylaws may be amended at a regular or special meeting of the Members, by Members representing two-thirds (2/3) of the votes of each class of votes of the Association.
